Noreen Pratscher, Principal, is a highly accomplished, senior-level strategic global corporate communications leader with an extensive track record advising organizations on enhancing reputation, growing market awareness, and building their brands. She serves as strategic counsel, helps organizations navigate change and transformation and optimizes teams to operate at peak performance. She recognizes rapidly evolving business trends, market conditions, and new technology tools and is adept at assessing client impacts.
Noreen has led corporate brand building and brand management across industries including environmental services, automotive, energy, healthcare, consumer goods and building products. She has strong competency in issues management, from navigating external issues including healthcare reform in the US while at Siemens Healthcare to helping JELD-WEN manage through the COVID pandemic to assure business continuity. At TrueCar and Serta Simmons Bedding, Noreen established the corporate communications function, created corporate brand and worked with key stakeholders to address market disruptions marked by radical shifts in consumer buying patterns from brick-and-mortal to online/omnichannel retail. She gained experiences in similar communications roles throughout her career at companies undergoing significant change, including brand building at Elster Group SE which was a newly formed corporate entity in the energy sector; and most prominently, helping General Motors navigate through bankruptcy to IPO, after holding other positions including internal communications, brand marketing and global communications. Her early career was in public affairs and environmental relations with Waste Management Inc.
She holds an M.S. in Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.A. in Communications from Eastern Illinois University.
